PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price for each item is shown including VAT.
The price show in the cart is the total price, including VAT, shipment and charges for payment.
The terms for payment will be found in the chart depending on how you wish to pay.
Prices in Sweden and EU are including VAT (25%), outside of the EU VAT in not included.
Customers ordering from countries outside Sweden may be required to pay customs duties. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs or other charges that may occur.
Meaning that eventual customs duties are not included in the price and are not reported from us. All eventual customs duties must be paid by the customer to the customs in the country to which we deliver.
Shipping
For export the shipping cost is a fixed price of €9.5, If your order exceeds €100 the shipping is free of charge. We use different freight companies for different countries as we see best fit for your order. If you need to be able to track your order, please send us an email before you place your order.
Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard. All payment are made using PayPal, either using your PayPal account or using your VISA or Mastercard. PayPal guarantees you a smooth and safe payment. All payments are made using a secure connection. All transactions are sent viaSSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
RETURN POLICY
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
When using your right of withdrawal:
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping fees, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged.
If something is wrong with your product or we made a mistake with packing your order, we will cover the return cost or send you a replacement free of charge.
Always inform us before returning a product to us!

If you have any questions or complaints on your product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you as far as possible.
PRIVATE POLICY
When you place an order with us you give us the personal information needed for us to process your order. When placing your order you accept that we save and use your personal information to fulfill our agreement towards you. You have the right to obtain the information we have registered about you, if anything is incorrect or irrelevant you can demand that we correct or remove it. In that case, please contact us with an email.

DELIVERY
We normally dispatch your order within 3 days, during vacation, national holidays or peak season it may take a bit longer. We ship directly to your address, in some countries that means to a service place where you pick up your parcel. We use different freight companies in different countries and choose the option we see fit for your order. If you have any special requirements regarding this please send us an email before you place your order.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.
For parcels not redeemed within 14 days we debit you a cost of return freight and handling fee of €15 at the moment. Please note that a parcel not picked up does not count as a return.
